William Barron, MD, MMM, is executive medical director of the Center for Clinical Effectiveness at Loyola University Health System and the Loyola University Physicians Foundation. He also is professor of medicine and obstetrics and gynecology.

Peter P. Budetti, MD, JD, is Edward E. and Helen T. Bartlett Foundation Professor of Public Health and chair of the Department of Health Administration and Policy in the College of Public Health at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City.
