Jeremy Ackerman, MD, PhD is an academic emergency physician and tactical physician. He is also a sworn peace officer and law enforcement instructor. He practices and teaches hospital-based emergency care, supports special weapons and tactics teams in tactical operations, and works with medical device inventors and innovators.
