Carmen Black Parker, MD is an assistant professor of psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine with a primary clinical appointment at the Connecticut Mental Health Center in New Haven, Connecticut.

Ambrose H. Wong, MD, MSEd is an assistant professor of emergency medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut.
