Help with alerts
Alerts go out at the beginning of the month, when the new issue is posted. If you do not receive an alert, it may be in your (or your provider's) spam filter. Many filters block mail from new addresses, or move it to a "quarantine" folder. You many need to add the alert to the senders your filter recognizes.
To ensure proper delivery, please add the domain name "email@example.com" to your address book or spam filter "whitelist," or tell your organization's IT group to allow this domain to pass through any filtering software they may have set up.
